An open invitation to all geocachers old or new. We will be having a short Annual General Meeting for the Saskatoon & Area Geocaching Association followed by the awards for the SCAR2012 (GC3EKCP) event.

Location: Grainfield's Restaurant on Circle Drive
Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Please arrive shortly before 7pm so that we can begin right at 7pm. To begin we will have our Annual General Meeting. The agenda includes but is not limited to electing the board members for those positions whose terms have come to an end. If you are unable to attend the meeting you can designate someone to be your proxy. Either send SAGA an email giving your proxy to the board or you can send a signed note with your designated proxy which declares them to be your proxy for the AGM. If you are not a SAGA member and would like to join please send us your name, address, geocaching user name, main email address, & indicate whether you are 18 years old or older, as well as whether you would like to add your phone number to the Phone-A-Friend list. Information collected is kept private unless otherwise indicated.
After the short AGM we will hand out award for SCAR2012 (GC3EKCP). After a great SCAR2012 event we hope that you have all had a chance to find many of the 515 SCAR2012 caches. Now its time to reward the people who hid them! We are asking everyone to vote on a variety of categories. The categories are:
-Best Cache Name
-Best Cache Description Page
-Favorite Micro/Nano/Size Not Specified Cache
-Favorite Creative Container/Cammo
-Favorite Cache at a Scenic Location
-Favorite cache at a Historical Location
-Most Challenging/Devious Hide
-Favorite Overall Geocache
-Best Hide by Cacher with no Previous Cache Hides
-Best Cache by a Kid Cacher

As long as you have found SCAR2012 caches, you are eligible to vote. It doesn't matter if you participated in SCAR2012 weekend or if you are attending to this Social or not. It doesn't matter if you found very many SCAR2012 caches or only a few. The point is to reward the cache hiders. Please take the few minutes to fill out the voting survey. We are asking for your top three in each category, designated by 1,2,3. Please submit your votes by October 21st, 2012.
