When seeking permission, we were told that there had been a cache in this park previously, but that it kept disappearing! Maybe if the muggles can't see it too readily, they won't walk off with it. There are plenty of people around, but should be a quick & easy PNG. Be sure to enjoy the view and/or go shopping nearby.
