This cache is keeping an eye on all those crazy people who jump off a mountain on nice sunny days.
Bright is one of the premier paragliding sites in Australia and this is usually where they land. Paragliding has been ranked the #1 activity to do in Bright by the Lonely Planet - clearly they haven't heard of the thrills involved in geocaching! On a good day you will see dozens brightly coloured paragliders floating high in the sky with only a thin scrap of material holding them aloft.....nuts I say 
Keep an eye out for muggles above you as you look for the cache.
Please place the cache exactly where you found it. BYO pen 3rd April 2013 - The cache is still there! I have upped the difficulty to reflect the number of DNF and have added a hint.
