The Lonely Sentinel Traditional Cache

This is a quick park and grab meant to highlight a former section of Maddox-Simpson Parkway.
Maddox-Simpson has become a very busy section of road with several larger businesses, Mid TN Electric's headquarters, and even Lebanon's DMV. There are many passenger cars and semis that travel this road daily.
The intersection with Hwy. 70 was, at one time, much closer to the off ramp of I-40. It took a long while for the county to get around to redoing this exchange, but they did it. The off ramp now has a longer merging lane, and Maddox-Simpson's entrance to Hwy. 70 got shifted south. A traffic light was added (with traffic cameras) to help the flow of vehicles through this exchange.
You are looking for a small container that is hidden on a Lonely Sentinel. This Sentinel still guards a former section of Maddox-Simpson. He is lonely because the roadway is gone and his service is no longer needed. There is enough room on the shoulder of the road to safely get your car out of the flow of traffic so that you can grab this cache.
