IF YOU STARTED OUT FROM THE PARKING LOT AND WALKED, FINE_- YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BE INSIDE THE FENCE. IF YOU PARKED YOUR VEHICLE ON THE HIGHWAY AND THEN JUMPED THE FENCE, YOU ARE TRESPASSING. PARKING IS ALLOWED ALONG THE HIGHWAY. THERE IS NO NEED TO BE INSIDE THE FENCE ANYWAY. By the way, there is a tool that will come in handy. It is hanging on a fence post very near the cache location. Please replace it after using it.
