This cache is placed to commemorate the coming North of the Haggi
It is placed near to where they will feed on 6th October 2012
Please do not look/log before that date

The item to which the container is attached was erected in memory of William Waters, Provost of the town from Feb 1858 until his death in November of that year, although before that his service to the town was considerable.
