Twee emmertjes water halen Traditional Cache

De bedoeling is dus water halen en daarmee de cache tevoorschijn laten komen. Voor het loggen moet je een actiefoto van jou met je emmertjes bij de cache bij je log plaatsen. De cache zelf mag je daarbij best op de foto zetten. Demontage wordt niet op prijs gesteld.

Wie heeft dit op de kleuterschool niet gezongen terwijl we in twee rijen tegenover elkaar stonden en er anderen tussendoor huppelden. Dit liedje hoeft waarschijnlijk geen verdere toelichting.

This is the title of an old Dutch nursery rhyme. Dutch children sang this song whilst standing in a double row facing each other. They would hold hands with the child opposite them and sing the song. One child was the king and when the song was finished the king would try and dash through the row of hands. The children did not let go of each other's hands thus making it difficult for the king to get through. They would take turns at being the king riding through the wave of hands.

When translating from one language to another you loose any rhyming sounds and the general meaning. Some words you can not actually translate, like the words 'ras ras ras' and the words 'erk erk erk'. These are really silly words which are not proper words. Therefore translating these would be impossible. But these words make the song rhyme in Dutch.

Bij het water halen heb je uitzicht op een van de vele mooie delftse gebouwen aan de overkant van de Schie. Het clubhuis van een studentenroeivereniging WikiPedia. Aan deze kant van het water staan meerdere oude gebouwen dan de TU Delft.

Het voormalige TU-gebouw dat je bij de cache tegen komt, dat stamt uit 1930, is belangrijk voor de Nederlandse architectuurgeschiedenis doordat er al vroeg een betonconstructie in werd toegepast. Nu wonen er studenten en zit er twee leuk bedrijven, waar meerdere cachers je graag bezig zien met deze cache.

While fetching water, you'll find one of the many beautiful buildings in Delft on the opposite side of the water. This is the clubhouse of a student rowing club. On this side of the water there are many old buildings of the TU Delft.

The former TU Delft building near the cache is important for Dutch architecture history because it is one of the early buildings in which a concrete construction was used. Nowadays it is used for student housing and two nice companies. Some of the employees will happily watch you solve this cache.

Doe nooit onverstandige dingen en let op je eigen veiligheid bij het water halen. Voorkom alstjeblieft dat er kroost en andere zooi in de cache terecht komt en natuurlijk weer goed afsluiten :)
Voor deze cahce heb je, zoals je bij de attributes hebt gezien, hulpmiddelen nodig. Als je wilt weten welke, kan je dat in de hint lezen. Mocht je nog hulpmiddelen nodig hebben, dan zit je vlak bij het centrum van Delft, dus dat komt goed.

Don't do anything stupid and watch your own safety while fetching water. Please don't put any green thingies in the cache and of course close firmly afterwards :)
As the attributes implied, this cache needs some special tools. If you want to know what, you could read the hint. Should you find yourself in need of some special tools, it's good to know you're very close to the center of Delft. I'm sure you'll find what you need there...
