Holzkonstruktion. Im Nordosten Übereck vorspringender
Backofen. Rundbogige Haustur in Steinrahmung, Turflugel,
bez. 1693. Hausgang mit Kreuzgewolbe, Stube mit
Leistentafelung.

PÉZA – 1600 Ortsteil von St. Ulrich
Péza ist eines der ältesten Häuser in St. Jakob. Oberhalb der Eingangstür ist das Jahr 1689 eingraviert.
Schon seit langer Zeit ist der Hof auf zwei Besitzer aufgeteilt.
Der innere (östliche) Teil ist im Besitz von Siegfried Santifaller, in den siebziger Jahren noch bewohnt, heutzutage im nahe gelegenen Neubau. Seit 1700 ist dieser Teil im Besitz dieser Familie Santifaller.
Der äußere Teil (westliche) war noch in den siebziger Jahren im Besitz einer Familie von Gufidaun, welche ab und zu dort lebte. Heutzutage hat diesen Teil die Gemeinde St. Ulrich angekauft.
In den ältesten Dokumenten von Tirol ist folgendes notiert:
1277 die deutschen Herren in Bozen verkauften Grafen Meinhard drei Höfe in Greden, einen zu Pez den sie von Gebhard Stäteneck erkauft, den anderen zu S. Cristina und den dritten zu Gravelin; 1288 hof ze Pez (mlat. Petium).
Weiteres ist eingetragen: 1586 Michael Petzer, 1665 Pizahof, 1779 Petzahof.

superiore in legno. A nord est forno sporgente
obliquamente. Porta d'ingresso a tutto sesto con cornice in
pietra, battente della porta datato 1693. Corridoio con volta
a crociera, stube con rivestimento a listelli

PÉZA – 1600 frazione di S. Giacomo presso Ortisei
Péza è uno dei masi più antichi di S. Giacomo. Sopra la porta d’ingresso è intagliato l’ anno 1689.
Già da tanto tempo il maso è diviso tra due proprietari.
Il proprietario della parte interna (est) si chiama Siegfried Santifaller, ancora abitata nei anni ’70, al giorno d’ oggi nel edificio nuovo situato vicino. Da partire dal 1700 questa parte della casa era sempre in possesso die questa famiglia Santifaller.
La parte esterna (ovest) ancora nei anni ’70 era in possesso di una famiglia di Gudon, la quale ogni tanto viveva in questa parte della casa. Oggigiorno è in possesso del comune di Ortisei.
Sul documento più vecchio del Tirolo si nota come segue:
1277 i Signori tedeschi di Bolzano vendevano tre masi in Val Gardena ai Conti Meinhard, uno di Pez acquistato da Gebhard Stätineck, un’ altro a S. Cristina ed il terzo a Gavelin; 1288 maso ze Petz (mlat. Petium).

PEZA - 1600 fraction of S. James in Ortisei
PEZA is one of the oldest farms of S. James. Above the front door is carved the 'year 1689.
Already for a long time the farm is split between two owners.
The owner of the inside (east) is called Siegfried Santifaller still inhabited in the 70s to today 's in the new building located nearby. From the 1700s this part of the house was still in possession Santifaller day this family.
