Llangelynnin church dates back to the 13th century and is dedicated to Saint Celynnin.
The famous poet and scholar John Moran was born in the village and a famous Welsh gypsy Abram Wood was buried here in 1799.
It is a lovely old church and well worth a walk down to it, where you will see seals basking on the rocks below. Lovely views of the Cardigan bay and the old railway station can still be seen, it closed in 1991, i remember this as a child and it was a lovely small halt.
This cache was placed for a friend Charlie, who gave me the cache name. It is not on the sea side of the road, so please be careful if you decide to cross to see the sea.
There is plenty of parking at the cache site.
I have decided to take away the premium catcher symbol for this one so. Others can find it. Good hunting. The first people will have a hunt due to the camo.
