When there was talk of a cemetery being built in the Wilderness Battlefield area on 621, it was hard to vision where it would be located. Even more bewildering was the statement that it would extend from 621 all the way out to Rt. 3! Then they widened 621 and built a road into an area – wow, so that’s where it’s going to be. But then it stayed dormant for many years and then we learned that it may have been a scam.
Will this scam RIP?

FROM STAFF AND WIRE REPORTS The Justice Department has filed a civil complaint against three men who allegedly used a sham cemetery near the Chancellorsville battlefield to promote a scheme marketing millions of dollars in phony tax shelters.
When placing this cache it was noted that there are two gravesites, but there are no gates or fences like you would find in a legitimate cemetery.
