Haugenoe Park Traditional Cache
chrissymae13: The container is missing according to logs. So time for an archive since I am 800 miles away. Thanks for hunting.

Large black peanutbutter jar sized container with lots of little kid swagg inside. But the kiddos will need a hand as you need to look about 6 ft up. Cache is attached but an average size adult (me 5'3") can reach and remove the lid and contents with ease. This park sees lots of little muggles, so place the cache back in it's little cradle of branches please. A short hike across the park to the evergreens will yield your treasure.
The land for Haugenoe park was gifted to the city in Jan of 1976 to honor Peter Haugenoe. This wide open space has plans to have a baseball field added soon. The picnic shelter is open to the public and houses birthday parties and family gatherings during the warm months. Take some time to swing like a kid or climb the top of the metal jungle gym I remember as a kid!
