Geocache Description:

The city of Addison has put up a new water tower with several spinning structures on top and one on a tower near the ground.  I am not sure what these are, but I suspect they are for wind power generation.  When these went up I knew there needed to be a cache nearby. As soon as I saw that the construction fencing was gone I went into action. Happy Hunting
