Sometimes you fnd a really good place to hide a cache, but cannot come up with a name! That is what happened here.
Don't let the terrain difficulty scare you off. This is not a tree! The 4 terrain is for the most direct route to the cache. By walking a short distance north or south you will have much easier access. There will be times when you may not be able to access the cache at all, such as after a heavy rain. There are many places where the cache could be hidden, thus the difficulty level. However, bear in mind that the cache is well hidden. You may likely need a TOTT for this one.
Please put the cache back exactly as you found it to maintain the difficulty level. In other words replace it so a TOTT is needed by the next hunter. That will keep everyone happy.
