An urban oasis on Ella's walk.
I've always wondered why there are so many quasi-roundabouts on the city streets. After all, they do little to divert traffic or to allow better flowing of traffic. My guess, not being a traffic engineer, would be that the goal is to slow down traffic - but I would think that would be accomplished more safely, and with less confusion, with traffic humps.
Ella and I were staying nearby for a few days between here and there, and noticed this roundabout. Given the dearth of caches in the area, it felt like a right and proper place.
Probably easiest to grab at night, or during the work week. Beware of Muggles.
You're looking for a bison tube.
