Geocache Description:

Tsuchitaru PA is located on the south edge of Niigata prefecture. Many vehicles are stopping here for detaching and attach snow chain in winter. It had been built for above-mentioned reason. So, there are only some vending machines and public lavatory. Please bring your pen.

土樽PAは関越自動車道の新潟県にある最も南側のＰＡで、冬季にタイヤチェーンの着脱で利用されることが多いPAです。もともと設置の目的が関越トンネルに出入りする車両に対して、タイヤチェーンの着脱を目的として設置されました。関越トンネル内は金属製のチェーンの装着が禁止されています。従って設備もトイレと自動販売機しかありません。筆記具を持参ください。
