Geocache Description:

Another quick cache near a metro station in Kyiv.

While visiting a business near the Svyatoshyn metro station to pick up a custom license plate for a cacher back in Canada, I decided to plant a cache as well while in the area. Besides being a metro stop, this also appears to be an avto-voksal (bus station).


The cache is not a particularly visit-worthy place, but if you happen to be in the area, it can provide a small diversion from your usual routine. If you're taking the metro from downtown exit the platform using the steps at the front of the train, follow the hallway to the end (past the vendors, news stand, and flower sellers), and exit to the left. The cache is in a small traffic island so watch for an opening to cross to the street safely from the sidewalk.
