Geocache Description:

Built in 1966 and opened with a small amount of donated books, this facility has grown to house more than 20,000 books. It is used by residents of Milam County to satisfy their reading and research needs. The grounds outside have been used for meetings as well as a cavalry  charges. The Gazebo across the street built in 1890 was used for meetings and concerts. A gubernatorial debate between James Hogg and George Clark took place here in 1892.

This cache is the idea of a Boy Scout working on his Geocaching Merit Badge. With his assistance we placed this as an easy park and grab but the hide is ingenious. You are looking for a small magnetic bison tube with log only so BYOP!

Congratulations to tonybluefox for the First To Find!
