#22 The Cheese Board-Fine Fettle Yorkshire Traditional Cache
UGGY: Time for this series to go and free up some space for new hides. After almost 9 years most of the cheese has been nibbled and the rest has gone mouldy so no longer very appetising. Thanks to all who visited The Cheese Board.

Series of 37 assorted straightforward caches around Thirsk, Sowerby and Carlton Miniott, loosely based on the contents of a cheese board.
A fairly easy 8-9 miles, in a figure of 8 crossing near the railway station.
Full description at #1 and #28
FINE FETTLE Yorkshire (formerly Yorkshire Feta) is a British cheese made from the milk of sheep and produced in North Yorkshire, just a couple of miles from this series.
The producer was forced to change the cheese's name after an EU ruling meant that all Feta cheese must be produced in Greece, its country of origin.
Whatever it is called it is good crumbled over a crisp salad of tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and black olives, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
I suppose it probably wouldn't actually feature on a cheese board but, as it's made so close, how could I not include it
