#30 The Cheese Board-Buffalo Blue Traditional Cache
UGGY: Time for this series to go and free up some space for new hides. After almost 9 years most of the cheese has been nibbled and the rest has gone mouldy so no longer very appetising. Thanks to all who visited The Cheese Board.

Full description at #1
BUFFALO BLUE is another very local cheese.
It is an unusual soft, creamy blue, buffalo milk cheese with a rich, enticing flavour.
Smooth, tangy and nutty with a surprisingly light texture and a thin natural grey crust.
Melts on the palate.
Aged for 4 to 6 weeks and handmade from locally sourced water buffalo milk.
