Geocache Description:

Have you every wondered about the history of Surprise? Well, when you visit this cache, you will be within the original townsite. This facility is now being used as the Surprise Senior Center and the cache is placed with the full knowledge and approval of the site director.

It is a very easy find and it is large enough to be used for small travel bugs.
There is a one dollar Ike coin for the FTF.
