This looks like it was going to be a bus stop. The Shelter was built but there is not a bus stop here. It has been here for a long time and I kept expecting it to be removed but it is still here. So it begs the question...why is this here other than a place to hide a geocache....
As soon as this goes missing (I would guess in less than a month), I will replace with a micro...
