It's simply a shortcut that my friend takes to miss heavy traffic on a nearby highway.
This cache can be a quick grab and go and should be accessible year around.
Be careful to park on the shoulder and not block traffic when venturing for this small but not micro cache. To start out with, this cache contains a Wisconsin Dells Medallion, and med size log book. BYOP
