Geocache Description:

Welcome to my 120th hide....

I found this spot, an old station location on the Tocumwal to Narrandera branch line, which is no longer in use.  The station locaiton is Langunyah Station, with details as follows:

Main facility: Station (Closed)
Lines: Tocumwal Branch
Location: (145.5741°, -35.7259°) [exact] GDA94
Distance: 754.900 km from Sydney
History:
28-Jul-1914 Opened
10-May-1956 Closed
   
Description: Opened with an unadorned 80m platform on the up side, with a loop siding and loading bank opposite.

You can see the remains of the platforms here as two raised areas.  Love these sort of locations.
