Geocache Description:

Friends of RiverRocks
in conjunction with the 2012 RiverRocks Festival
have created a RiverRocks GeoTrail
challenging geocachers to find 18 caches
hidden in 8 local land conservancies.

This cache is the first of two new geocaches hidden for RiverRocks at the North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy Greenway.

Find this geocache as one of 15 required of the 18 RiverRocks caches and you can earn a FREE GEOCOIN.

Either take a picture of yourself holding the ammo box so that the initials on the can are seen and post on the cache page. Please, no total spoiler pictures. If you prefer, you can email your picture to us or you can take one of the tickets in the ammo box as your proof of visit.
After completing the Challenge (based on the guidelines listed at the above GeoTrail Challenge webpage), show up at the RiverRocks Finale to collect your FREE Geocoin. We only had 100 made so don't dally !

Access the park off Hamill Road and park (see parking coords). Restrooms are available across from the Dog Park and in the Greenway Farm house. The South Entrance is currently closed. Proceed to trailhead (see trailhead coords). This cache is out on the "big toe" of the park hence its geocache name. It's a nice walk along the trail to this cache and if you continue along you will find 2 other geocaches. Geocache is 30' - 50' off the trail at the tip of the toe. Happy trails and hope you enjoy this area preserved for us by the North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy.
