Cineast Fantast #9 Perstorp Traditional Cache

Biografen i dess nuvarande lokal och utformning tillkom 1955. Hässleholms Biografkung Kaj-Uwe Jönsson lät bygga den här vid sidan av den gamla biografen som blivit för liten. Den då hypermoderna biografen, ritad av arkitekten Valdus Wike´n slog upp portarna och imponerade med sin utsmyckning som givetvis avspeglade verksamheten i ortens största verksamhet, som då hette Skånska Ättiksfabriken. Det har aldrig funnits någon skylt på denna biograf, för när den påkostade inredningen var betald, fanns inga medel kvar att inhandla skylt för.

Min ambition är att bygga en serie Cachar runt om i Sverige, baserade på våra underbara biograf-klenoder.

The cinema in its current form was built in 1955. The "cinema-king" of neighbouring city Hässleholm, Kaj-Uwe Jönsson had it built beside the old cinema, whiich had become to small. At the time the ciname was Hyper-modern, created by the architect Valdus Wike´n opened its doors and impressed everyone with it decorations and design which was influenced by the biggest company in town at that time (and now)Skånska Ättiksfabriken. There has never been any sign above the entrance to the cinema, the reason for it being that when all bills for the interier design and decorations were paid, no funds were left for any sign.

My ambition is to create a series of caches around sweden, remebering our once beatiful cinemas.
