Information Overload: Charlie's Ghost Multi-Cache

In life, Charles B. Stewart was a pharmacist, doctor, and Texas political leader who signed the Texas Declaration of Independence, drafted the original design for the Texas Flag, and later represented Montgomery County in the Texas House of Representatives. 
 
A public institution named after Dr. Stewart sometimes encounters unexplained mysteries, such as items falling from the shelves, or missing items that seemingly reappear in places already checked.  While it is uncertain that these happenings are the ghost of Dr. Stewart, or even a ghost at all, these unexplained, harmless activities are commonly referred to as “Charlie’s Ghost”.
