A Tale of Two Caches Traditional Cache

It was the best of hides, it was the worst of hides, It was the cache of wisdom, it was the cache of foolishness, It was the find of belief, it was the find of incredulity ... There used to be another cache here, "An Ode to Joy" (GC3FG4N). It has since been archived. I decided a while back to solve the problem of finding places to put caches by recycling locations where caches have been archived. This is one such. As I have stated on other occasions, I do requests. Rebel Cruzer (sic) requested me to place a couple of caches in Northeast Philadelphia. This is one of two. The cache is located in pretty much the same location as its predecessor. I could see it easily as I left. It contains a log and a $5 prize for FTF. BYOP. No credit without a signature. Park in front of the cache. It's about 3 feet from the pavement. Don't go onto the residential property.
