Geocache Description:

This 12:12:12 Multi Event will coincide with similar events around the planet on December 12th, 2012. This is the last chance for 100 years to celebrate the triple 12 combination.

Location: Sports Garden Cafe Iroquois Park Sports Center
500 Victoria St W Whitby, ON L1N 9G4

Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Due to demand, extra space has become available. Currently we will hold the numbers to 90 people. The venue serves typical pub fare for those who want to eat, and a selection of beverages for those who just want to join in for desert and a beverage.

Event geocoins will be available on a first come, first serve basis. These are a limited edition event geocoin, which has been designed by an Ontario geocacher. I am uploading an image of the event geocoin which you can link to below.

We are looking for some event ambassadors to mix and mingle with new cachers to answer questions and make everyone feel welcome. There will be a registration table to sign in, leave or trade travel bugs, and possibly a few prizes to hand out.
