Well done you have crossed the biggest bridge in the world . It spans the M61, M60 and the slip to the A580 with nice views of the Winter Hill.
Good luck with the cache the tools needed to reveal should be found local to the cache itself.

This cache leads onto the Rotary Way, use the style under the bridge to head off towards the next cache.
