I hope you see dolphins like i did when placing this cache!
Now that a fence has been erected around the Treaty House grounds, this cache is best accessed from one of the car parks up by the Golf Course. (Watch out for flying golf balls if you walk across the golf course though!) The first car park on the right, past the Treaty House would be my pick.
