Millennium Meander 1 is a 7 mile circular walk of 20 caches based around the Millennium Way between Knowle and Temple Balsall.
MM 1
The Millennium Way is a 100 mile long distance footpath across the centre of England from Pershore in the west to Middleton Cheney in the east which was established to celebrate the start of the new millennium. http://walking.41club.org
This walk is a 7 mile loop based on the section of the Millennium Way between Knowle and Temple Balsall. It is mainly on footpaths and quiet roads but does involve a few hundred yards along and across the busy A4141 twice, care with geokids and geomutts. There are some stiles. It can be muddy in parts so wellies or boots will be required in all but the driest weather.
More details about this section can be found at http://walking.41club.org/heronfield.html
We have tried to provide a variety of hides to cater for all tastes. Tweezers and a pencil may be required for some caches.
If you wonder about the title, Rusty Hinges is the toast given at the end of meetings of the 41 club who were responsible for setting up the Millennium Way. You are looking for a small screw-topped container.
