This cache is a regular plastic container ; contains log book ; misc. toys for kids. It was placed with permission of the administrator of the nearby structure. It has been recently maintained - in a plastic baggie, new log book, new stash of goodies. The trees can make the signals to the cache bounce around a bit, making this one a bit difficult at times.
Follow the path where the soccer ball sometimes goes. A bit of bushwacking is needed, but not hard to find. Watch out for doggy landmines. Right now we have taken this geocache home to repair it and will replace it soon. It was left fully open so all contents destroyed, so we are drying things out and replacing some of the trinkets and log book etc. So if you don't find it, it is possible we haven't replaced it yet.
