You can walk right up to this cache and reach it without climbing into the brick/flower structure. Do NOT disturb the shrubbery or statues of the firefighters. Keep your feet on the grass! BE RESPECTFUL! It's not a gimme. Think like a geocacher. You are smart. You CAN do it!
