Leeroy71: I've have attempted to get to this cache today to check out the DNFs logged. However, I've been completely unable to get close to the GZ. The Coombes has turned very, very muddy and rutted with horses hoofs, and this section is now impassable in my all-terrain wheelchair. So sadly, I'm gonna have to archive it as I can't guarantee that I will be able to maintain it during the winter. Thanks, Lee

Geocache Description:

A traditional cache for tree lovers.

This cache is located in a first class woodland area called 'The Coombes'. There are many different paths, tracks and bridleways that snake through the woods. So it's quite popular with dog walkers, walkers, cyclists and horseriders.The main bridleways become very muddy and churned up in the winter.You could easily spend a good few hours exploring the Coombes and of course, there are several other excellent caches in The Coombes.
