It is located on the public footpath / cycle path that passes by the SAS Firing range in Ross on Wye, this can be seen from the gate near the cache.

This cache is a small green tube, with a screw top.  Nearby to this cache which is located on a public footpath / cycle path in Ross on Wye is the MOD SAS Firing range, which can be seen from the gate near the cache.
