Geocache Description:

We have had this cache placement in mind for nearly a year.  Then on October 3rd 2012, on what would have been the 88th birthday of our father, friend and husband Paul V. Rust we decided to place the "Rust in Peace" cache.

Paul farmed the land adjacent to this small local cemetery and has family entombed here as well.  Much like many cemeteries begun in the late 1700's and early 1800's there is much history to be had here if you give it the time.  Paul was the caretaker of this cemetery until his older years and I am certain would enjoy having people stop by to visit.  You will find his marker at the roadside when your gps is telling you to stop.  Have fun respect the area and the neighbors!

This is after all a cemetery cache so please NO NIGHT CACHING!.  The road is a country road but remains busy, be certain to pull off the road when parking.  The cache is actually on private property with permission but very reachable.  While it is probably wheelchair accessible it may be a bit of a struggle to retrieve from the seated position.  The cache is a small Tupperware container.  The FTF has their choice of general swag items.
