You should see that you’re in the right area, but you may just have to search carefully for a while, which is part of the reason for the high terrain level (I figure you will go up and down several times).
This cache is very near a cache formerly hidden by Peekaboo21, called “Rock Chuck Hotel,” though the new cache is a very different style and size of cache. IF you find it, please make sure it’s hidden as well for the next searcher.
There is room for most vehicles to pull off the road just below the cache. As always, be safe and pay attention to moving vehicles when caching near traffic. Make sure the cache is re-hidden well for the next cacher.
