Noutros tempos havia por aqui uma senhora guardadora desta Fonte que quase não nos deixava beber água. O local era muito movimentado onde se chegavam a realizar deliciosos piqueniques. Actualmente ainda existe a Fonte embora o local esteja um pouco abandonado.
