Turtleshell Island - ISLAND MADNESS Traditional Cache

 For this holiday season we, Fanasfreaks and Davidandbritt, wanted to do something special for all our fellow caching friends. We wanted to give a geo-gift that would continue giving for quite some time. After over three months of paddling, our gift was complete. We hope you enjoy it!!! Have Fun!!! 
 

This cache is one of 100 stand alone caches placed on Lake Lanier as a Christmas gift to our fellow geocachers.  Each of the 100 caches contains a letter/number combination.  Make sure to write those down.  You will need those to solve the 5/5 Island Madness Challenge Cache.

All cachers are cordially invited to visit Mr Turtle at his home for some writing.  His home isn't that much really, but it keeps the rain off of his shell.  Well mostly. 

When looking around his home, please be careful.  Mr Turtle is a collector of small breakable trinkets.  Would be a shame if any of them happened to break during your visit. 

He is also a little shy and has been known to hide in his shell.  Leaving just a little of his head out to peek around.  But he does look forward to your visit.
