Badger's Mushroom Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Ngaambul: As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

Geocache Description:

Located in the leafy Sydney suburb of Lindfield, this cache is in a layby in the road. It borders the Lane Cove National Park, which is perfect for a walk or picnic.

My second cache, this also has a bagder theme and is located in a very pleasant suburb. If you are driving, note the large CSIRO facility on Bradfield Road, which is co-located with the National Measurement Institute - home of Asutralia's basic standards - time, mass, length etc. I've seeded the cache with some Australian Institute of Physics stickers and a lapel pin from the Australian Syncrotron to accentuate the science link. FTF gets $2 and an SD card (although only a few MB as I recall).

If you continue down the hill you can park and then take the footpath down to the river or to the recreational oval.
