12/12/12 12:12am Insomniac event Event Cache
Bandyrooster: All trackables have been picked up so it's time to archive this event. Thank you to everyone who came out early on 12/12/12 to participate. We had a great turn out and a lot of fun. We will do another Insomniac event this summer maybe. 12/12/12 will not come again for a very long time and I don't expect any of us to be around for it but we will celebrate 11/12/13 next year so look for that.

An early morning (really middle of the night) gathering to celebrate a once in a century date with the triple number of 12.
Come join us on December 12, 2012 at 12:12am (12/12/12-12:12am) to celebrate a special numerical day on the calendar. There will not be another day with so many 1's and 2's for another 100 years. We will be gathering around midnight at this cozy little spot with donutes and coffee to share friendship and stories of geocaching experiences. Why sleep when you can be out having caching fun? There will be a few games with prizes so don't come sleepy. You are welcome to come in your pj's if you dare! You might want to brush up on events that have happened on December 12th of different years. Event will be held unless there is snow and the roads are too dangerous to go out. No event is worth the risk of anyone getting hurt. We New Englander's are pretty hardy souls so I expect to see a big crowd. Maybe some of you insomniacs will even go night caching afterwards. Come one, come all!
