Geocache Description:


In an effort to build cacher awareness of the county parks in Ottawa County, Michigan, this challenge has been issued.

The cache container for this challenge is located at the given coordinates. It is a small lock-and-lock container and the difficulty/terrain rating for this cache is based on the caches in the challenge and not for the actual cache find itself. The difficulty/terrain rating for the cache itself is more like a difficulty 1.5, terrain 2.5.

In order to claim credit for this challenge, you must find and log caches in 29 of the 34 different parks and open space lands in Ottawa County (the 29 caches need to be from the parks that allow geocaches and do not discourage geocaching. So, finds in #10, #19, and #30 will not count towards this challenge.) If you are the cache owner of a cache (past or present) in any of the parks, you may count it as a find for the purpose of this challenge (so you do not have to make an actual find on your own cache.)

Currently, there are caches in each of these 29 parks. If the time arises that a cache is not available in one of these parks, then the challenge will be modified.

Once caches in the 29 parks have been found and logged, you may find and log this cache. You may either prove you have met the challenge by posting your finds to a public bookmark, or you may list your finds in the body of your log on this cache. Either way, be sure to give the park name, cache name, waypoint, and date found. Prior finds do count.

Note: This cache does not count towards the completion of the challenge.
