Some special equipment is required to obtain the cache hence the need for the 5 star terrain rating. What this equipment is will remain a surprise for now but once you solve the puzzle it might be worth a look on Google Earth to get a clue.
To solve this puzzle you need to unscamble the electrical circuit below.
Rotate the squares so that each "terminal box" is connected to every other "terminal box" to form an electrical circuit without any loops. Think of it as a jigsaw puzzle but each piece (square) is already in the correct location; they just need to be rotated to the correct orientation.
Once you have solved the puzzle count the number of terminal boxes in each row with a vertical (V) orientation and the number in each row with a horizontal (H) orientation.
