Her er det fin utsikt til byen Mo i Rana, fjorden og fjellene rundt. Ser også Mjølan, Langneset, Åga, Hauknes.
Om sommeren står det ofte bobiler som overnatter her, om vinteren blir plassen ikke brøytet.
