The cache is located on some of the streets of Ruse. Probably not so special place, just another cache on your way! Usually the GZ is overcrowded of muggles, PLEASE, try to be invisible. Also try to replace the cache EXACTLY like you will find it! Enjoy!
Now take more of your patience and go to find it!
