Geocache Description:

You are looking for a water proof container hanging from a tree.

This cache is in memory of my geo-dog Ali. I got Ali in 2000 and she started caching with me in 2006. She made the trip down to The Narrows Geocache with me 2 times. She made many, many other hiking/caching trips with me. Ali was laid to rest on 10/10/12. Just 3 days before we made the hike back to The Narrows.

The cache is stocked with odds and ends stuff.

The special stuff I want in your log. If you have a story/memory about your geo-dog, tell it. Enjoy those moments with those special friends.

My favorite memory...every night when I would return home from work Ali would be on the side of the house waiting for me. Once out of my truck I would look at her and say "GO!". At which point she would run around the side of the house and in the back door in an attempt to beat me in the house. She would jump before she reached the 6' couch and land on the opposite end. Most days she won the race.
