This geocache was placed to honor of the Eagle Scout project that were completed at St. Luke’s old Williams church. Permission granted by the church and cemetery committee.
Eagle Scout projects completed as the church are: Eugene Verba: 1975 Construction of retaining wall and flower bed. Alan Szmodis: 1996 Construction of cemetery sign. Michael Kichline: 1997 Construction of concrete handicap ramps. Jamie Szmodis: 1997 Cataloged and repaired old tombstones Christopher Szmodis: 2000 Construction of bible holders on pews. Nicholas Szmodis: 2009 Construction of side entrance. Alan Molder: 2011 Construction of pergola roof. Adam Molder: 2012 Painting and landscaping around bandstand. Please park in parking lot. Parking lot will be busy during Sunday mornings! St. Luke’s old Williams church was formed in 1728.
