Cache is located on the Blackwater Creek Trail system near the new dog park. Park in lot off Monticello Avenue, which can be reached from Old Forest Road or Lakeside Drive. Park is open from sunrise to sunset; obey all local laws. Cache is a matchstick container. Bring your own pen.
The Hubble Family, Team Hepler, and Kivotos have placed three caches in the park area in the past few months, and we thought the area could use a few more. This is one of three placed on a Saturday afternoon walk. Toddler Gator loved watching the dogs in the dog park and then walking the trail to treasure hunt. All three are named after prominent dogs and we hope to add a few more to the collection. You're going to need a little geosense for "Scooby Doo," but when found you can treat yourself to a Scooby Snack. (BYOSS - Bring your own Scooby Snack.) Good luck finding all the caches in the area!
