Emerald City Mystery Cache

This is a nice walk in a pretty park. Except for the last few feet it is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
At the first coordinates, read the sign about cleaning up after your dog. Take the last three numbers of the ordinance listed (???) and use them to figure out the coordinates of the actual cache, which is an Emerald nut container with a log and swag.

CONGRATS to dirtywood and the grandmonkey for FTF! Sorry about the shocker with the repurposed log. I'm big on reusing and recycling! I guess the coords and the math worked out OK!
