This easy walk takes you through a beautiful forest. There are lots of interesting sounds and things to see along the way. The area the cache is located is a great place for kids (young and old) to explore. Please closely supervise young children. There is a log bench at the bottom of the stairs on the East side of the creek.
The cache was originally placed by Dal Pal on 1/26/08 and was last found on 12/30/09. The cache was archived by Geocaching.com after failing to contact Dal Pal. On 9/31/12 we checked on the cache. The contents was dry and full of swag. The original log is still in the cache, even though it is a new cache.
Be sure to check out the bridge from below. The construction is quite interesting.
